经皮自体骨髓移植治疗骨折不愈合 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨应用自体骨髓移植治疗骨折不愈合的临床效果。方法:对60例骨折不愈合的患者,在C臂机的透视下将自体骨髓注射于骨折不愈合的部位,定期摄片复查并随访。结果:随访4~16个月,印例中,56例愈合,临床愈合时间4~8个月,平均6个月,不愈合4例。无局部感染或异位骨化的发生。结论:自体骨髓移植经皮注射于骨不愈合的部位能促进骨折不愈合达到愈合,且临床应用简单、创伤小、无并发症。
