摘要
感应电动机拖动机械负载运行时,如果机械负荷波动较大,通过测取电动机定子电流直接作频谱分析,难于得到正确的结果。作者分析了该种工况下电动机定子电流信号的特点,提出了一种提取电动机转子故障特征的新方法。此法通过对电动机定子电流信号作Hilbert变换解调处理,以调制信号的频谱中是否存在2sf1频率的故障特征分量,来诊断转子有无断条故障。实测结果表明,这种方法是有效的,尤其适用于这种负荷波动较大的电动机转子故障的诊断。
This paper analyzes the feature of stator current signal under the operation condition, and presents a new approach of extracting rotor fault feature in induction motors. The stator current signal is demodulated by Hilbert transform. The rotor fault is diagnosed by extracting 2sf 1 feature component from the frequency spectrum of the modulated signal. The test results show that this approach is effective and it is applicable especially to diagnose the rotor fault of the induction motor whose load fluctuates in operation.
