摘要
粉体颗粒粒度分布分形维能很好地表征颗粒群粒度分布情况,对表征颗粒流动性具有重要意义。通过建立便于用数字显微和图像处理计算颗粒粒度分布分形维数值的数学模型,采用图像处理技术得到粉体颗粒粒度分布分形维数值,探讨流动性表征参数休止角、崩溃角和差角与粒度分布分形维数值间的关系,确认颗粒粒度分布分形维数值可用于表征粉体流动性,形成了可靠和简洁的粉体流动性能测定新方法。并就流动助剂对粉体流动性能的改进与分形维数值关系做了初步探讨,得出了分形维数值可作为掺杂流动助剂量的指导参数的结论。
Particle size distribution fractal dimension can denote powders' size distribution well, and also holds an important significance to denote powders' fluidity. Through established the mathematical model which is propitious to the digital micrographic image analysis, we used the image analysis technique to gain the particle size distribution fractal dimension, and then discussed the relationship between the powders' flowability parameters and the particle size distribution fractal dimensions. It affirmed that the fractal dimensions can denote the fluidity of the powder well. It formed a new method which could measure powders' fluidity compact and reliable. The research work also made a primary research on the effect of the flow addition reagent to powders' fluidity, gained the fractal dimensions also could guide the adulteration of the flow addition reagent.
