3月16日,新企业所得税法在十届全国人大第五次会议上以高票通过,将于2008年1月1日起正式实施,新税法将企业纳税数额统一调整至25%。七年来,两税合一的问题几经沉浮、历经坎坷,现在内外资企业终于站在了同一起跑线上。"新税法的出台对中国汽车产业将产生积极而深远的影响,为国内缔造了一个公平的市场竞争环境。"中国汽车工业协会咨询委员会秘书长腾伯乐表示。

On March 16,new income tax faw of enterprise was passed by NPC 2007,and it will be implemented from Jan.1,2008.New income taxes of enterprise are adjusted to 25%.In the past seven years,the integration of two taxes went ups and downs and now the enterprises hoth domestic and foreign are at the same standard.
