摘要
研究了用近红外反射一阶导数光谱法控制扑热息痛粉末药品质量的可能性.用多变量统计分类技术(逐步聚类分析、主成分分析和逐步判别分析)于扑热息痛粉末的一阶导数光谱,成功地鉴别了合格药、劣药划假药.
The possibity of using near infrared reflectance first derivative spectrscopy for the qualitycontrol of paracetamoli powder pharmaceuticals was investigated.We used the multivariate statisticalclassifying technique (stepwise cluster analysis, principal component analysis and stepwise disdriminant analysis) to identify qualified, poor and false pharmaceuticals of paracetamoli from their first deriratire spectra successfully. The results were satisfactory.
