98例医务人员眼结膜囊细菌学分析

Analysis on distribution of bacteria in conjunctival sac of 98 medical staffs

目的了解部分医务人员眼结膜囊细菌的种类与分布。设计横断面调查。研究对象98例医务人员眼部细菌培养标本。方法随机选择青海省西宁市三所市级医院医务工作者98例(98眼),取结膜囊拭子,行常规细菌培养,按细菌常规鉴定方法鉴定阳性菌属种。主要指标细菌培养阳性率、病原菌的菌群分布。结果98例标本中有菌生长50例(51.0%),无菌生长48例(49.0%)。共分离培养出菌株65株,其中革兰阳性菌34株(52.3%),革兰阴性菌31株(47.7%)。革兰阳性菌中葡萄球菌属比例最高,占总数46.1%,其中表皮葡萄球菌11株(16.9%),金黄色葡萄球菌9株(13.8%),其他葡萄球菌10株(15.4%);革兰阴性菌中主要以莫拉菌属(18.5%)和假单胞菌属(16.9%)为主,共占总数35.4%。单例标本分离出一种细菌共38例,两种及两种以上细菌共12例。结论西宁市部分医务人员眼结膜囊细菌以革兰阳性球菌和革兰阴性杆菌为主。在医务人员结膜囊中革兰阴性菌比例较高。

Objective To analyze the bacterial species and distributions of bacteria in conjunctival sacs of 98 medical staffs in Xining city, Qinghai province. Design Cross-sectional study. Participants Ocular specimens from 98 medical staffs＇s conjunctival sacs. Methods 98 medical staffs were randomly selected from 3 hospitals in Xining city, Qinghai province. Ocular specimens from 98 conjunctival sacs were sent for bacterial culture, and the positive bacteria were identified. Main Outcome Measures The percentage of bacteria cultured positive and the distribution of bacteria. Results Out of 98 specimens, 50 were cultured positive （51.0% ） while 48 were negative （ 49.0% ）. 65 isolates were cultured positive in 50 specimens. Among them Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 52.3% （34 isolates） and Gram-negative accounted for 47.7% （31 isolates）. Staphylococcus sp was the most common pathogen （46.1%）, Staphylococcus epi accounted for 16.9%, Staphylococcus aureus accounted for 13.8% and other Staphylococcus was 15.4%. Among the Gram-negative bacteria, Moraxella sp （18.5%） and Pseudomonas sp （16.9%） were the most common pathogens. Out of all the positive cultures, one specie of bacteria was detected in 38 samples, and two or more species were detected from the other 12 samples. Conclusion Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacilli were the two major pathogen in conjunctival sac of medical staff in Xining city, and the percentage of Gram-negative bacilli was higher in medical staff.
