摘要
目的:探讨胃癌CT增强扫描中出现的具有共同特征的征象学改变。材料和方法:79例经胃镜诊断为胃癌并经手术证实的患者在术前进行多层螺旋CT(MSCT)平扫及双期增强(延迟时间为20s和70s),观察图像中共同的增强特点并进行小结。结果:59例病例(75%)增强后胃壁出现了“白线”和“晕”的征象。结论:胃癌CT增强图像中可以发现一些共同的征象学改变,可能对提高胃癌CT诊断准确率有所帮助。
Purpose： To evaluate the common manifestations of gastric cancer on post - contrasted CT.Materials and Methods： 79 patients with gastric cancer confirmed by endoscopy were performed with multi slice spiral CT scan. CT scans were operated by using plain and contrast scanning which included arterial phase （20s delayed） and portal venous phase （70s delayed）. Common features on CT images were studied and summarized. Results： ＂White line＂ and ＂halo＂ manifestation could be found in fifty - nine cases（75% ） . Conclusion： Some characteristic manifestations could he found in these CT images, which may be helpful to increase the diagnostic accuracy of gastric cancer.
