摘要
现代大型轧机的理想轴承——油膜轴承是轧机的关键部件,具有承载能力大、使用寿命长、速度范围广、摩擦因数小、结构尺寸小、抗冲击能力强等优点。由于在制造、安装、使用、维修等环节中有些失当,致使油膜轴承失效时有发生,导致整个轧线停产。通过对宝钢分公司冷轧厂1420mm轧机动静压系统导致支撑辊油膜轴承的失效分析,找出了油膜轴承系统压力降的主要原因:轴承座衬套磨损和静压泵的内泄漏。并采取了相应的修复方案,取得了较好效果,确保了机组的稳定运行。
A modem large-scale mill' s perfect bearing -- oil film bearing, a key part of the mill, has many advantages, such as large carrying capacity, long service life,wide speed range,low friction coefficient, small configuration size, strong impact resistance, etc. As there are some improper operations in the process of manufacturing, installation, service, maintenance, with the failure analysis of the dynamic and static pressure system for the 1420mm cold rolling mill to the back-up roll' s oil film bearing, the main reasons for the pressure drop have been found. They are wear away of the bearing seat bush and internal leakage of the static pressure pump. Since corresponding counter- measures for improvement have been taken, some good results have been obtained, which guaranteed the mill' s smooth running.
