全麻诱导插管期间听觉诱发电位指数和血流动力学的变化

摘要 全身麻醉下患者是否存在意识问题一直受关注。有报道全麻术中知晓的发生率为0.0015%~0.2%,美国每年有3~4万例患者发生术中知晓,近年来逐渐引入听觉诱发电位(AEP)监测临床麻醉深度,通过听觉诱发电位指数(AAI)进行定量评估。本研究拟通过观察全麻诱导插管期间AAI和血流动力学的变化,探讨理想的插管条件及可能的心血管反应。
