摘要 目的探讨脂溢性角化病皮损区Smad泛素化调节因子1和2(Smad ubiquitination regulatory factor1 and 2,Smurf1,2)的表达及其意义。方法采用实时定量聚合酶链式反应(quantitative Real-time PCR,RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学技术分别检测脂溢性角化病皮损和对照正常皮肤中Smurf1和2的表达情况。结果与对照正常皮肤相比,脂溢性角化病皮损中Smurf1和2表达水平上调。结论脂溢性角化病皮损中Smurf1和2的过度表达可干扰转化生长因子β(transfor-ming growth factor-β,TGF-β)信号转导通路,可能使TGF-β抑制上皮增生的作用不能有效发挥,促进了脂溢性角化病表皮的过度增生。 Objective To investigate the expression of Smad ubiquitination regulatory factor 1 and 2 ( Smurf1, Smurf2) in the seborrheic keratosis. Methods Quantitative Real-Time PCR and immunohistochemical techniques were used to assess the expression of Smurf1 and Smurf2 in seborrheic keratosis and normal control skin. Results The expression levels of Smurf1 and Smurf2 in the epidermis of seborrheic keratosis that affected 65 cases (27 male and 38 female, average age: 58.5 years, average course of disease: 4.1 years) admitted to our hospital, were markedly increased in comparison with those of normal control skins from the 30 subjects (10 male and 20 female, average age: 47 years) who underwent plastic surgery. Conclusion Overexpressions of Smurf1 and Smurf2 interfere in TGF-β signaling and contribute to formation of aberrant hyperplastic epidermis in seborrheic keratosis.
