红耳(Auricularia rhodo judae)的生物学特性

摘要 红耳(Auricularia rhodojudae)的子实体呈深红色,质地柔软,背面绒毛短而稀疏,横切面中部结构的大多数菌丝与表面平行排列成髓层.抗逆性强.其菌丝酯酶同工酶的谱迁移率与毛木耳的毛耳台,7811,毛207等菌号不同.菌丝生长适宜环境为温度25—28℃,pH4,培养基含水量65—75%.子实体生长发育适温18—22℃.生物学效率96—110%. The sporophore of the Auricularia rhodojudae is deep red in colour and soft in tex- ture.The down on its back is short and thin.As to the structureof cross sections in sporophores,most mycelia in the middle parts run parallelto the sporophore surfaces, which form medullas.Their resistance to adverse growingconditions is strong.In the light of the esterase isozyme's zymogram analysis,the migration rate of this strain's zymogram is dif- ferent from that of Maoertai,7811 and Mao 207 strains which belong to Auricularia polytricha.The temperatures,suitable for the growth of mycelia,are 25-28℃.The appro- priate pH value is 4,and the moisture content in culture medium is 65-75%.The temprimordia,suitable for the formation of mycelium's primodia,is above 18℃,and the appropriate temperatures for the growth and development of mycelia are 18-22℃.Its bio- logical efficiency is 96-110%.
