抗衰老蛋白klotho基因研究的新进展

摘要 衰老和死亡是任何物种的个体都难以避免的最终结局,但至今,我们对衰老发生分子机制的理解还相当有限。鉴于它的重要性,一直是生物学研究的热点。经过多年的研究,现在关于衰老的机制已经提出多种学说,每种学说都有其优势和不足。机体抗衰老基因的研究引起了大家的关注,如Sir2及其相关基因、klotho基因等都具有抗衰老效应,其中klotho基因是哺乳动物中研究得最为清楚的一个。
