研究了4个籼稻品种对稻瘟病稳定菌系闽选1号或闽选4号的抗性遗传.结果表明,在以感病品种矮南特为杂交亲本之一的情况下,对闽选1号菌系的抗性,菲一、双抗77015受1对显性上位基因和1对隐性基因控制;双抗77023受2对显性重叠基因控制;IR29受1对显性基因控制.对闽选4号菌系的抗性。菲一由1对显性基因支配;双抗77015由1对显性上位基因和1对隐性基因支配.
Four blast resistant plant materials were investigated with a view to determine their modes of inheritance when inoculated with the virulent pathogenic strains,Minxuan No.1 (ZA_1)or Minxuan No.4(ZB_(15))of Pyricularia oryzae Cav..The performances of F_1,F_2, F3 and BC_1 generations revealed that under the condition of crossing with the susceptible donor,Ainante,for Minxuan No.1,the resistance of Feiyi and Shangkang No.77015 were regulated jointly by a pair ofepistatic dominant and a pair of recessive genes,while that of Shangkang No.77023 was controlled by two pairs of duplicated dominant genes.As for IR29,a pair of dominant genes executed the role.For Minxuan No.4,there were a pair of dominant genes in Feiyi.In Shangkang No.77015,a pair of epistatic dominant and a pair of recessive genes existed.The problems of incorporating resistant genes into cultivars and hybrid rice varieties that were susceptible to blast disease were also discussed.
