摘要
1988年3—10月,超排处理6头供体牛,成功率83.3%;进行了5头次非手术采卵,成功率100%;共获得胚胎43枚,平均每头8.6枚,其中可用胚胎27枚,平均每头5.4枚.采用非手术座植方法,先后将9枚胚胎移植给6头受体牛,结果4头妊娠,妊娠率为66.6%.1989年1月24日,一头受体母牛顺利产犊;另2头妊娠受体母牛于7月14日,17日分娩,还有一头受体母牛(已妊165天)不幸于1988年10月因跌伤而流产.
Six donor cow were induced to superovulate during the period frommarch to Oc- tober in 1988.A total of 43 embryos was collected nonsurgically from 5 head-times after insemination.Rate of effective in superovulate is 83.3%(5/6).Rate of effective in collection embryo is 100%(5/5).An average yield of 8.6 embryos was obtained from each donor.However,the transferable embryos numbered 27 in all,averaging 5.4 per head. Nine embryos were transfered sucessively by nonsurgical method to 6 recipients.As a result,4 recipients became pregnant and the pregnanacyrate reached 66.6%.The first calf from a recipient was smoothly born on the 24th of January,1989.Two ofher pregnant reccpients were born on the 14th and 17th of July.Another pregnant recipient was unfortunately aborted due to tumbling in October,1988.
