摘要
报告1例先天性皮肤发育不全。患儿男,出生2h。生后即发现右胸部皮肤缺损、右胸廓内陷、右手6指畸形。分娩时无外伤史。10d内皮肤缺损处被新生组织填充,表面光滑,似羊皮纸样,略凹陷,颜色较正常肤色淡。
A case of congenital aplasia cutis in a neonate is reported. The patient was found to have skin defect on his right side of the trunk, chest malformation and six fingers on the right hand at birth, tie had nn birth trauma history. The defect was filled with fresh tissues within 10 days. The new surface of the defect lesion was smooth, slightly depressed, papyraceous and light in color compared with the normal surrounding.
