基因芯片技术在骨肉瘤研究中的进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤的发生发展是一个复杂过程,往往涉及多个基因的改变,包括正常基因的突变或缺失,癌基因的异常扩增和表达以及多个基因的协同作用,加之基因本身多效性和机体免疫因素,最终决定肿瘤表型的表达与否。骨肉瘤是一种起源于间叶组织的骨原发性恶性肿瘤,治疗困难,死亡率高,其早期转移是造成患者死亡的主要原因,对骨肉瘤发生、发展、转移等相关基因的研究,将对其发病的分子生物学机制、早期诊疗和预后判断等方面发挥重要作用。基因芯片这一高通量基因表达分析平台,能在一张芯片上于同一实验条件下同时筛检众多基因的差异表达,为肿瘤的基础和临床研究开辟了新的途径,近年来,已越来越多地应用于骨肉瘤研究。
