肿瘤转移抑制基因KiSS-1研究进展

摘要 肿瘤的浸润和转移是恶性肿瘤最主要的生物学特征,涉及肿瘤本身的生物学特性、宿主环境及基因变异等一系列复杂过程,直接影响肿瘤患者的预后。目前肿瘤的治疗仍以外科手术为主,辅以化疗、放疗。虽然肿瘤患者的五年生存率较前有很大的提高,但是术后复发甚至广泛的转移仍是导致患者死亡的首要原因。基因治疗作为可能根治肿瘤的治疗手段其研究已日益受到重视。KiSS-1是新克隆的肿瘤转移抑制基因,近年成为研究热点,我们就其在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。
