制糖副产品饲养奶牛的效应

The Value of Sugar Refinery's By-products Used as Feeds for Dairy Cows

用蔗髓、糖蜜和酒精废液等制糖副产品及尿素代替部分精料配制成混合精料,对奶牛进行饲养试验。结果表明:试验组和对照组产奶量分别为7666.60kg和7597.40 kg,差异不显著;试验组比对照组节省精料31%;每1kg 试验精料费0.4473元,比对照组0.5655元减少0.1182元,降低精料成本20.9%;试验组每产1kg 牛奶精料费为0.3697元,比对照组0.4705元减少0.1008元,降低成本21.4%;试验组牛奶乳脂率比对照组高0.19%(0.19个百分点),即提高6%。因此用制糖副产品配制的精料可代替常规精料。

A feeding experiment was conducted with dairy cows to determine the value and utilization of the sugar refinery's by-products including bagasse,mollasse,and distiller's sol- uble etc..These by-products were properly prepared as mixed concentrates with a certain amount of urea to substitute in part of the ordinary concentrates.The result of the experi- ment showed that the milk yield in test group and control were 7 666.60 kg and 7 597.40 kg respectively.The difference was not significant.However,the amount of the concentrate used in test group was cut down by 31% as compared with control and the cost of the concen- trate in test group was estimated at 0.447 3 yuan per kilogram which was 0.118 2 yuan less than that of control,i.e.the cost was decreased by 20.9%.In the test group,the cost of con- centrate was estimated at 0.369 7 yuan per each kilogram of milk production,which was 0.100 8 yuan less than that of control,i.e.the cost was cut down by 21.4%.Furthermore,the average milk percentage of the test group was 0.19 higher than that of control(increased by 6%).This trial indicates that the mixed concentrates made from sugar-refinery's by-prod- ucts can be employed as concentrate replacers for dairy cows.
