Experimental Investigation of a Tunable Liquid-crystal-etalon Filter

摘要 对液晶可调谐光滤波器进行了实验研究。初步研制出带宽为0.3~0.5nm,精细度为100~200,连续可调谐范围大于70nm的液晶F-P腔光滤波器。 This paper describes the experimental study of a tunable liquid- crystal- etalon filter. The liquid crystal Fabry-Perot optical filter was developed that has narrow bandwidth (0.3~0. 5 nm), high fineness (100~200) and a large continuously tunable range (>70nm).
