相当多的年轻艺术家们在探索他们的文化身份，投身大众文化，在作品中反射当下的生活，关心与他们生活息息相关的事物——于是他们的作品便带有他们对世界的独特看法。
The artists in the present exhibition were too young to feel directly the impact of Tiananmen Square, and are rather affected by the new commercial and cultural openness, the rapid urbanization and transformation of the cities, the incessant bombardment of consumer culture and the influence of mass media.
