摘要
用菲涅尔衍射积分理论推导了含有相位孔径光阑谐振腔的积分方程,根据FoX-Li迭代原理计算了该胜的模式。对模式的远场及近远场传输特性作了计算,说明M<1的激光束是由光斑半径定义的不恰当产生的,并非光束质量优于高斯光束(TEM(00))的新光束。惠更斯一菲汉尔衍射原理不需要修正。
The diffraction integral equations in a resonator with a phase aperture,is derivedfrom Huygens-Fresnel principle. The mode of the resonator is calculated with Fox-Li interativemethod. According to the propagation of the mode at far-field,it is proved that M<1 of thebeam is caused by an improper definition of spot radius of the beam. Beam quality of the mode isnot better than that of Gaussian beam. It is unnecessary to revise Huygens-Fresnel principle.
