摘要
在既定结构参数条件下,以切比雪夫积分型像质函数为标准,运用最小二乘法和几618优选法自动确定不共轴光学系统或含特殊形面的光学系统之最优像面。
According to the so-called 'Tchebycheff image quality function'based on theTchebycheff numerical integral of the lateral aberration curves or non-coaxial of special opticalsystems,we apply the least square method first to determine a better image plane,then find withrapid stride search a range where the best image plane is in,and seek out the best image plane giving the best image quality of the optical systems,by the 0. 618 optimum seeking method.
