生长抑制因子家族基因编码蛋白在DNA修复和细胞凋亡中的作用

摘要 多种内源性、外源性基因毒性闲子均可造成DNA损伤,并由此启动DNA修复过程、乃至引起应激诱导的成熟前衰老(stress—induced premature senescence.SIPS)和凋产在DNA损伤之初,细胞试图修复损伤的DNA,但是当DNA损伤程度严重,范围广泛或已经影响厂DNA代谢时,细胞将产生一系列生物渊控信号触发不同机制,共同抑制细胞增殖行促进细胞发生凋亡,防止异常的遗传倩息传递给予代细胞,以维持基因组的稳定.近来发现,
