CO_2激光联合闪光灯-泵脉冲染料激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨治疗化脓性肉芽肿简单、安全、有效的方法。方法108例化脓性肉芽肿患者随机分为两组,治疗组用CO2激光加闪光灯泵脉冲染料激光治疗(58例),对照组用CO2激光治疗(50例),比较两组的复发率及瘢痕形成情况。结果治疗组痊愈率为96.55%,复发率为3.45%,对照组分别为62.00%,38.00%,两组治愈率及复发率差异有显著性(P<0.005);瘢痕形成率治疗组3.40%,对照组36.00%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.005)。结论CO2激光加闪光灯泵脉冲染料激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿疗效显著,复发率低,且副作用明显少于单纯用CO2激光方法。
