变应性肉芽肿病1例 被引量：2

A Case of Allergic Granulomatosis

摘要 报告1例变应性肉芽肿病。患者男,71岁。躯干、四肢红斑、瘙痒伴双下肢麻木1年。皮肤科检查见躯干、四肢泛发性红色斑块。组织病理示真皮血管周围及胶原束间多数中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。经强的松治疗后,皮损明显消退。 Objective A case of allergic granulomatosis is reported. A 71-year-old man presented with pruritic plaques and papules on his trunk and extremities,as well as numbness in his lower limbs for 1 year. Physical examinalion revealed generalized hypertrophic red plaques. The diagnosis of allergie granulomatosis was confirmed by histopathology. The patient improved dramalically with systemic eorticosteroid therapy.
