心钠素基因G1837A多态性与出血性脑卒中的关系 被引量:1

The coroelation between G1837A polymorphism of ANF geng and the risk of hemorrhagic stroke

摘要 目的探讨心钠素(atrial natriuretic factor,ANF)G1837A基因多态性与出血性脑卒中的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制型片断长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法,分析104例出血性脑卒中患者和100例非脑血管病对照人群的(ANF)G1837A基因多态性分布。结果总研究人群中ANF的G1837A的G和A2种等位基因分布频率分别为86.3%和13.7%;ANF的G1837A基因型和等位基因分布频率在2组人群中未发现显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论ANF的G1837A基因型与出血性脑卒中并无显著相关性,可能不是出血性脑卒中的遗传易感因素。 Objective To investigate the potential association of atrial natfiuretic factor (ANF) G1837A polymorphism and the risks of hemorrhagic stroke. Methods The genotypes of ANF G1837A was detected by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) methods in 104 consecutive hemorrhagic stroke patients (72 men and 32 women) and 100 controls (55 men and 45 women). Results The distributions of G alle and A alle of ANF G1837A polymorphism were 86. 3% and 13. 7% respectively. There was no difference of distribution of ANF G1837A polymorphism between hernorrhagic stroke group and control group (P〉0. 05). Conclusions Our results suggest that the (ANF) G1837A polymorphism may not be associated with hemorrhagic stroke and that (ANF) G1837A polymorphism is not a risk factor for hernorrhagic stroke.
