摘要
相关、遗传通径的分析结果表明,黄麻单株干皮重和单株纤维重2个产量性状与纤维束数呈高度正遗传相关。对2个产量性状的直接遗传通径以纤维束数和每束纤维细胞个数最大。纤维强力与纤维层数呈正遗传相关。纤维支数与每束纤维细胞个数表现负遗传相关。从相关遗传力分析结果看出,通过株高和分枝离地高间接选择纤维产量的相对效率高于通过解剖性状的选择效率。对所得结果在黄麻育种上的应用进行了讨论并提出建议。
This paper deals mainly with the relationship between anatomical characters and fibre yield and quality in jute(Corchorus capsularis L.)by means of the analysis of correla- tion,genetic path and correlative heritability.Genotypic correlations between the number of bundles and two yield components viz.dry bark weight per plant and fibre weight per plant,are highly positive.The direct genetic path coefficients are positive and comparative- ly high in the number of bundles and the number of cells per bundle to dry bark weight per plant and fibre weight per plant.There is a positive genetic correlation between fibre strength and the number of layers(r_g=0.560).Coefficient of genetic correlation of fibre fineness with the number of cells per bundle appears negative(r_g=-0.669).The correlative heritability analysis have shown that the relative efficiency of indirect selections for fibre yield was much higher by plant height and branching height than that by anatomical characters.Discussions and proposal have been made on the applications of these results to jute breeding.
