氧化锆陶瓷基底与不透明牙本质瓷结合强度的相关研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:测试自制氧化锆玻璃复合体(ZGC)和Vita alpha不透明牙本质瓷的结合强度,探讨ZGC不同的表面处理对结合强度的影响,为临床应用提供依据。方法:将ZGC试件随机分为3组,分别在表面以不同方法处理(未处理,酸蚀,喷砂),随后表面烧结Vita alpha不透明牙本质瓷,参照ISO9693:1999标准用剪切实验测试结合强度。结果:各组结果平均值均大于ISO9693:1999标准,且有显著性差异;喷砂组的平均值大于未处理组,而酸蚀组的平均值小于未处理组,均有显著性差异。结论:自制ZGC及其表面经喷砂和酸蚀后与Vita alpha不透明牙本质瓷的结合强度均大于ISO标准,理论上可以在临床上获得使用;ZGC表面经喷砂处理后能较显著提高结合强度,经酸蚀处理后降低了其与饰瓷的结合强度。 Objective: To evaluate shear bond strength between self- made zirconia- glass composites (ZGC)and opaque- dentine porcelain as well as the effect of different surface treatments on the combining strength. Methods: The ZGC plates are divided into 3 groups at random and made different treatments ( including no treatment, etching and sandblasting )on the surface of ZGC respectively and then bonded with opaque -dentine porcelain. The bonding strength is measured with shear test according to ISO9693 : 1999 standard. Results: The bonding strength of 3 groups are all statistically different from the ISO9693:1999 standard. The bonding strength is significantly higher after sandblasting and significantly lower after ething. Conclusion: The self - made ZGC can be used in clinic. Sandblasting on the surface of ZGC can increase the bonding strength while ething can decrease it.
