摘要 目的:评价光固化流体树脂在恒牙窝沟封闭术中的临床应用效果,并与传统可见光窝沟封闭剂做力学对比观察。方法:对90例12~14岁患者的360颗上、下颌第二恒磨牙采用Dyract flow流动复合体进行窝沟封闭术,评价其涂膜保留率;制作Dyract flow流动复合体和传统光固化窝沟封闭剂试件,抗压强度测试并分析。结果:随诊3年发现光固化流体树脂在术后1、2、3年的涂膜保留率较高;其试件的破坏载荷和位移均小于传统光固化窝沟封闭剂,并且其差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:光固化流体树脂是一种可靠的恒牙窝沟封闭剂,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of light- cure flowable resin on the permanent molar oeelusal pit - and - fissure sealant technique, and to compare with traditional pit - and - fissure sealant. Methods: 360 second permanent molars in 90 patients aged from 12 to 14 years were treated with light - cure Fihek flow in oeelusal pit - and - fissure. The patients were followed up for 3 years to evaluate their film coating retention rate. Test pieces of light - cure Fihek flow and traditional pit - and - fissure sealant were made to test and measure their crushing strength. Results: The remain rate ( % ) of light - cure flowable resin was higher after 1,2 and 3 years. The displacement of light - cure flowable resin was smaller than that of traditional pit - and - fissure sealant's ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Light - cure flowable resin is a reliable permanent molar pit - and - fissure sealant.
