摘要
目的探讨家兔上矢状窦中1/3及其回流静脉结扎后窦旁皮质组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量及脑含水量的变化及其意义。方法建立家兔上矢状窦中1/3及其回流静脉结扎的动物模型,结扎后于不同时间点(4h、8h、12h、24h、72h、90d)测定窦旁皮质组织SOD活力与MDA的含量以及脑含水量。结果家兔上矢状窦中1/3及其回流静脉结扎后,窦旁脑皮质组织MDA含量4h开始明显上升,8h达到峰值,12h以后逐渐降低,但24h仍然高于假手术对照组(P<0.05),90d组基本接近对照组(P>0.05)。SOD的活力变化与MDA含量变化相反;4h窦旁皮质组织出现脑水肿,8h到达高峰,以后随时间延长而逐渐减轻,90d组脑水肿接近于假手术对照组。结论家兔上矢状窦中1/3及其回流静脉结扎后在24h内氧自由基反应增强,防御氧自由基功能受损,以后逐渐恢复正常;结扎后窦旁皮质组织早期存在脑水肿,可能与脂质过氧化有关。
Objective To explore the changes and significance in superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondlaldehyde (MDA) and brain water contents in the perisinus cortex after ligation of the middle third of the superior sagittal sinus and its reflux veins in rabbits. Methods The middle third of the superior sagittal sinus and its reflux veins was ligated in rabbits. The activity of SOD and MDA and water contents in the perisinus tissues were measured at 4, 8, 12, 24, 72 h and 90 d after the ligation. Results The MDA content in the perisinus cortex was increased significantly at 4 h after the ligation, reached the highest level at 8 h, decreased gradually 12 h later, but the content at 24 h was higher than that in the shamed operation group (P〈0.05). The content of MDA at 90 datter the ligation was close to that of the shamed operation group (P〉0.05). The change of SOD activity was opposed to the change of MDA content. The edema of the perisinus cortex occurred at 4 h, and increased significantly at 8 h, then decreased gradually with time, and the brain water content at 90 d was close to that of the shamed operation group. Conclusion There was an enhancement of oxygen free radical reaction and decrease of function against oxygen free radical injury within 24 hours after ligation of the middle third of the superior sagittal sinus and its reflux veins in rabbits, then they all restored to the normal level gradually. Brain edema formation at the early stage after the ligation is perhaps correlated with lipid peroxidation .
