肝细胞癌中肿瘤坏死因子受体6的表达 被引量：4

The relationship between the expression of TR6 mRNA and protein in the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells

摘要 近来研究表明肿瘤坏死因子受体6（TR6）在人类多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展以及肿瘤的免疫逃逸中发挥重要作用,其表达量越高对细胞凋亡的抑制作用越显著。我们检测了TR6在39例HCC及癌旁肝组织的表达及与凋亡的关系,报道如下。
