摘要
目的研究不同动物十二指肠和回肠黏膜上皮、固有层内淋巴细胞分布的差异,为不同饮食条件下消化道的免疫提供资料。方法取健康兔W istar大鼠十二指肠和回肠,分别将其分为上、中、下段,显微镜下观察并计数黏膜上皮及固有层中淋巴细胞数量。结果兔与大鼠十二指肠绒毛上皮内的淋巴细胞(iIEL)各段间均存在显著差异,分别为上段P<0.05,中段P<0.01,下段P<0.01;回肠固有层内淋巴细胞(PL)各段间也存在显著差异,分别为上段P<0.01,中段P<0.05,下段P<0.05。兔与大鼠回肠各段iIEL均存在显著差异,分别为上段P<0.01,中段P<0.05,下段P<0.05;上、中段PL分布也存在差异,分别为上段P<0.05,中段P<0.01。结论兔与大鼠十二指肠和回肠的iLEL与PL分布情况具有显著性差异,这种差异与小肠的结构及食物不同有关。
Objective :To study the distributing difference of iIEI (intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes ) and PL (propria lymphocytes ) in the duodenum and ileum of rabbits and Wistar rats and to provide data for the enteroimmunity, of digestive tract. Methods: The healthy rabbits and Wistar rats were used in the study. The duodenum and ileum were evenly cut into three parts, the upper, middle and lower parts. The number in iIEL and PL were counted under the microscope. Results: There was remarkable difference among the different portions in the duodenum and ileum of the rabbits and rats : in the duodenum's iIEL, the upper part P 〈 0. 05, the middle part P 〈 0. 01, the lower part P 〈 0. 01 ; to the duodenum's PL, the upper P 〈0. 01, the middle P 〈0. 05, and the lower P 〈 0.05. in the ileum's iIEL,the upper part P 〈 0. 01, the middle part P 〈 0. 05, the lower part P 〈 0.05 ; PL the upper P 〈 0. 05, the middle P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion: The iIEL and PL distributing difference exists in the duodenum and ileum of the two kinds of animals, which has certain relationship with the structure of the small intestine and their food.
