慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠素、心钠素浓度与心功能的关系 被引量:2

Correlations between plasma concentration of brain natriuretic peptide,atrial natriuretic peptide and cardiac function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure

摘要 目的观察慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)和心钠素(ANP)浓度与心功能之间的关系,探讨其临床意义。方法75例CHF患者为实验组,按NYHA分级分为四个亚组,另选21例健康者为对照组,采用放免法测定各组血浆BNP和ANP浓度,用超声心动仪(SONO1000)测定左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果CHF组血浆BNP浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且心功能越差升高越明显;血浆BNP浓度与LVEF之间具有良好的负相关(r=-0.59,P<0.01)。结论CHF患者血浆BNP、ANP浓度显著升高,且随心衰严重程度增加而升高,血浆BNP、ANP浓度(尤以BNP浓度)能较好的评价CHF患者的心功能状态。 Objective : To observe the relations of the plasma brain natriurefic peptide (BNP) and atrial natriuretic peptide ( ANP) concentration with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) , and investigate its clinical signicance. Method: Plasma ANP and BNP concentrations of patients with CHF (n = 75 ) and nomal controls (n = 21 ) were measured with immunora- diomcticassay immediately after admission. LVEF was measured with echocardiography ( SONO1000 ) at the snme time. Resuits : The plasma ANP and BNP concentrations of CHF group were significantly higher than those of the normal controls ( P 〈 0. 01 ). They also increased depending on the severity of cardiac function. The plasma BNP concentration also had asignificant positive correlations with LVEF (r = -0. 78, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The plasma ANP, BNP concentrations of CHF increase more significantly than normal control and it may be a biochemical parameter for evaluating the left ventricular function.
