思想政治教育要坚持以人为本,就必须要以人的需要为出发点,以人的社会化为发展点,以人的态度为着眼点,重视思想政治教育的个人价值,全面认识思想政治教育的价值功能,增强思想政治教育的实效性。

Moral and political education should be human-centered. Namely, this education should start from the need of humans, should take the socialization of an individual as the focus of development, should take a human attitude and attach more attention to the pesonal value of the moral and political education. Thus, we can have a complete recognition of the value function of the moral and political education and giving more practical value to this education.
