摘要
由6-APA合成了他唑巴坦的重要中间体——青霉烷酸二苯甲酯亚砜。在氧化反应中,使用双氧水作氧化剂,在消去溴的反应中,使用铝粉代替锌粉,合成了目标化合物,三步总收率为60.7%,为该化合物的合成提供了新的路线。
Synthesis of the benzhydryl s-oxopenicillanate using 6-aminopenicillanic acid (Ⅰ) as starting material was conducted through in a total yield 60.7%.Ai powder instead the Zn in the process. Thus, Ⅰ was brominated to 6-bromopenicillanic acid, then esterifiation to obtaind Ⅱ in 83%yiel& Ⅱ was reacted with H2O2in water to obtain Ⅲ ,the yield is 95%, Ⅲ was reduced by AL powder to get the target compound, which is one important intermediates for tazobactam.
