摘要 采用同电极体系,测量了电沉积镍、铜镀层以及铂片在HC l和N aC l溶液中的电化学噪声,研究发现:通过时域分析得到的噪声电阻是评价材料耐蚀性的重要指标,而点蚀指数反映了电极表面反应的均匀程度;通过频域分析可知,高频段斜率可以用于评价镀层发生腐蚀的类型,而白噪声水平可作为判断材料耐蚀性的指标之一。 Electrochemical noise data of electrodeposited nickel and copper coatings and platinum sheet in HCl and NaCl solutions were measured with the application of the identical metal electrodes system. It is found in the study that the noise resistance (Rn) obtained through the time domain analysis is an important index for evaluation of corrosion resistance of the material, and that the pitting index (PI) reflects the uniformity degree of electrode reaction on the electrode. Through frequency domain analysis it is understood that the slope in high frequency section (K) can be used to assess corrosion type occured on the material, and white noise level (W) can be used as one of the indexes to judge the corrosion resistance of the material.
