摘要
植酸酶在畜禽日粮中的应用效果受多种因素的影响,笔者从饲料中钙、磷水平以及Ca/P、VD3、植酸酶的添加量、有机酸、其他酶、饲粮类型等方面综述了影响植酸酶作用的因素,以期为提高植酸酶应用效果提供理论依据。
