摘要
为了降低能耗,探讨了几种表面活性剂在磷矿低温(13~15℃)浮选中的应用。结果表明,在棉油皂脚中加入表面活性剂后,使用相同量的捕收剂的精矿回收率有所提高,而加入SDS与某极性有机物的复配物后,磷精矿的回收率的提高幅度较大。在闭路实验条件下,使用复配捕收剂后,磷精矿P2O5品位可以达到30.40%,P2O5回收率达到81.36%。回收率虽然有些偏低,但该复配捕收剂的使用为磷矿低温浮选提供了可能。
The application of surfactants in low temperature ( 13 -15℃ ) flotation of phosphate ores was discussed. The results showed that after adding the mixture of surfactants with the cotton soap, the recovery of phosphate concentrate was increased under the condition of using same amount of collector, and after adding the mixture of SIMS with a kind of polar organism, the recovery of phosphate concentrate increased obviously. Under the conditions of closed circuit test, the P2O5 grade of phosphate concentrate could reach 30.40%, and the P2O5 recovery could reach 81.36%. Although the recovery was on the low side, the use of complex collector made the flotation of phosphate ore at low temperature possible.
