摘要
为了克服气缸低速运动时出现爬行现象对气缸运动平稳性的影响,建立了基于出口节流调速的非对称气缸系统的运动模型,并对模型进行了量纲一化处理,给出气缸发生爬行现象时的判别式,在不同的负载质量和运动速度下对气缸进行爬行实验,通过实验对提出的判别式进行了验证.实验结果表明,使用该判别式能够直接根据工况参数正确预测气缸是否出现爬行现象.
The phenomena of unsmooth motion within a pneumatic cylinder at slow speeds is called the stick-slip. Stlck-slip is observed in many applications causing troubles. The paper studies the stick-slip phenomena in an unsymmetrical cylinder driven by meter-out circuits, by using analytically dimensionless parameters according to the model of the system, and validating it with many experiments. The paper puts forward a simple criterion of stlck-slip. In order to validate the validity and generality of the criterion, a series Of experiments are made under different loads and velocities. The results showed that the criterion can correctly predict whether stlck-sllp will occur directly from working parameters.
