In Vitro Culture of Trichomonas Vaginalis with Virus Strain

目的:培养一株携病毒的阴道毛滴虫细胞株.方法:临床收集虫株,培养于肝浸汤中,分别于培养的不同时期对虫体进行光镜和电镜下的形态观察,同时进行虫种的冻存和复苏实验.结果:阴道毛滴虫携病毒株在肝浸汤培养基中(pH=5.54)生长良好.结论:在体外成功地培养了携病毒的阴道毛滴虫.

Objective： To cultivate Axenicly a Trichomonas vaginalis strain carried with virus （TVV） in vitro. Methods. Trichomonas vaginalis collected from clinic was cultured by ox liver medium in vitro. In the different cultured time, the shape of Trichomonas vaginalis was observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Results： Trichomonas vaginalis Strain with Virus grew very well in ox liver medium （PH=5.54） in vitro. Conclusion： The Trichomonas vaginalis Strain with Virus was succeedly cultured by liver medium in vitro.
