二倍体马铃薯分子连锁图谱的构建 被引量:11

摘要 利用二倍体马铃薯亲本08675-21与09901-01及其125份杂交一代无性系进行AFLP分析,按亲本来源构建与24条染色体对应的AFLP分子连锁图谱,母本图谱含有75个标记,覆盖基因组全长512cM,平均图距为6.83cM;父本图谱含有95个标记,覆盖基因组全长578cM,平均图距为6.08cM。 Based on amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers, a molecular linkage map of potato was initially developed by using F1 segregating population from the cross between the diploid potato parents of 08675-21 and 09901-01. The genetic map included 24 main linkage groups, and the femalemaps covered 512 cM with an average distance of 6. 83 cM between adjacent markers while the male-maps covered 578 cM with an average distance of 6. 08 cM between adjacent markers.
