摘要
采用“双选法”和遗传参数估测,经8个世代家系结合个体的选育,10周龄 F_A 和 F_B 系公母白番鸭平均体重达2661和2582g,比0世代 F_A,F_B 系分别增加1168和1115g,料肉比从4.5:1降为3.1:1,肉鸭体重羽毛同步达到上市要求.若经填饲3周,肝重为353g,达国外一级肥肝标准.8世代 F_A 和 F_B 系种鸭年产蛋数比0世代分别增加20和31个;受精率、孵化率和成活率分别达94%,86%和98%,每只种鸭1年可为市场多提供30只雏鸭.利用 F 系公鸭与北京鸭,连城鸭和麻鸭杂交生产半番鸭,优势率高达8.1%.
In order to increase the productivity of white muscovy ducks,“double selection method” has been adopted and calculations on hereditary parameter were made.After the se- lective breeding from the families of eight generations combined with individuals,the aver- age weight of ten-week-old male and female ducks of F_A and F_B families has reached 2 661 g and 2 582 g,increasing by 1 168 g and 1 115 g respectively over F_A(1493 g) and F_B(1467 g) families of zero generation;the feed conversion ratio has dropped from 4.5:1 to 3.1:1;the body weight of meat ducks and their feathers have simultaneously fulfilled the requirements for sale.If they are fed forcibly for three weeks,the liver weight of each duck will be 353 g,up to the standard of the first-rate fatty liver abroad.The number of annually laid eggs of the breeding ducks of F_A and F_B families of the eighth generation has increased by twenty and thirty-one respectively as compared with that of zero generation.The fertility,hatchability and livability have attained to 94%,86% and 98% respectively.Every breeding duck can supply the market with more thirty duckings per year.When Mule ducks are produced by crossing F family drakes with Beijing ducks,Liancheng ducks and Ma ducks(Anas platyrhyncha domesticus),the superiority rate can attain to 8.1%.
