摘要
在NaCl胁迫下,研究苎麻超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化。结果表明。苎麻叶片中SOD和CAT活性均在NaCI浓度为9g/L时活性达到最大值,随后有所下降。苎麻叶片中POD活性在NaCI浓度6g/L时活性达到最大值。
The effects of different concentrations of NaCl on SOD, POD、 CAT activities of ramine were studied. The results showed that the SOD and CAT activities are highest when salt concentration is 9g/L, while POD activities are highest when salt concentration is 6g/L.
