摘要
目的分析青年脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)的水平特点,并探讨其相关因素。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测55例青年脑梗死患者、316例老年脑梗死患者和40名健康青年对照者血浆Hcy水平,对青年脑梗死患者血浆Hcy的分布特征及相关因素进行统计学分析。结果青年脑梗死组血浆Hcy水平(几何均数17.35μmol/L)高于健康青年对照组(几何均数11.88μmol/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与老年脑梗死组(几何均数17.60μmol/L)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);青年脑梗死患者Hcy水平与叶酸水平以及性别相关,回归系数分别为-0.513(P<0.01)和-0.242(P<0.05)。结论青年脑梗死患者血浆Hcy水平显著增高,男性高于女性,Hcy水平与叶酸水平呈负相关。
Objective To analyze the total homoeysteine (tHcy) level in fasting plasma of 55 young patients with cerebral infarction, and investigate the factors influencing tHcy level in these cases. Methods 55 young patients with cerebral infarction, 316 gerontal patients with cerebral infarction and 40 healthy young controls were recruited, plasma level of they was assayed by high-performance liquid chromatography. Prior medical history including essential hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiac disease, and hyperlipemia were obtained from all patients. SPSS 11.0 was used to analyze the data. Results Geometric mean of they was 17.35 μmol/ L in the young cerebral infarction group, 17.60 μmol/L in the gerontal cerebral infarction group and 11.88 μmol/ L in the young healthy controls, there was a significant difference between the means of the three groups (P〈0. 01), the they level of young patients with cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that of healthy controls, but without significant difference with gerontal group (P〉0.05) . Of the young patients, there was a significant difference in the levels of they between males and females (P〈0.01). Stepwise regression analysis showed that the they level of young patients with cerebral infarction correlated with folie acid levels (P〈0.01) and gender (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Elevated Hey level of young patients with cerebral infarction was significantly associated with the reduction of folie acid, and they level in males was significantly higher than that in females.
