摘要 简述了近年来对线虫有杀灭活性的苏云金芽孢杆菌(B.t.)及其晶体蛋白的研究进展,主要包括具有杀灭线虫活性的B.t.种类、B.t.所杀线虫的种类、杀线虫晶体蛋白结构特点和作用机理以及有关的专利。讨论了杀线虫基因的克隆、表达和B.t.制剂的应用。展望了B.t.生物杀虫剂在线虫的生物防治中的应用前景。 Research progress over recent years on nematicidal Bacillus thuringiensis (B.t.) and its toxins was introduced, the species of nematicidal B.t. and nematode killed by B.t., the structure and toxicological mechanism of nematicidal toxins and related patents were extended. The cloning and expression of nematicidal genes and the application of B.t. preparation were discussed. The prospect of nematode biocontrol by B.t. biopesticide was viewed at the same time.
