摘要 【目的】探讨不同提取方法对测定蜂胶产品中总黄酮含量的影响。【方法】以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定不同方法所提取的蜂胶中总黄酮的含量。【结果】药典法和甲醇索氏提取法所得总黄酮的含量较高,以芦丁计分别为0.1982、0.1978 mg/g,两者无显著性差异。【结论】与药典法比较,甲醇索氏提取法简便、省时、经济,在测定总黄酮的含量时可以考虑用甲醇索氏提取法来代替药典法。 [ Objective] To explore the effect of different extraction methods on the content of total flavones from propolis. [ Methods ] With rutin as the control, spectmphotometry was used to investigate the content of total flavones extracted from propolis. [ Results ] The content of total flavones extracted by pharmacopoeia extraction method was 0. 1982 mg/g and 0. 1978 mg/g by methanol Soxhlet extraction method, the difference being insignificant. [ Conclusion] Methanol Soxhlet extraction method is simple, effective and practical, and can be used to replace pharmacopoeia extraction method for the determination of total flavones from pmpolis when necessary.
