摘要
文章根据高校教师工作特点,建立了教师工作业绩综合评价的指标体系,并利用主成份法对10个教师样本进行了综合评价.
The text instructs an index-system of integrative method to judge teachers' achievement according to the characteristics of college teachers' works, and has integratedly judged ten samples of teachers through the method of constitutes.
