Pubhcations is becoming the main spiritual and cultural products which urban and rural residents contact and consume gradually,it causes the distribution industry developing rapidly.As a result,some deep-rooted problems in the development of distribution industry have sprung up. Measures of theoretical level and the solution of the operational level are essential.This article analyses the current situation,problems,causes and solutions of the publication distributing industry in Shaoyang City,and probes into the initial ideas and solutions to solve the problems as well as to promote the development.
