摘要
文章对我国部分大学图书馆、科研文献信息中心、公共图书馆的虚拟咨询工作展开调查,从虚拟咨询的服务方式、FAQ内容设置、咨询知识库的组织与管理等方面入手,分析我国图书馆虚拟咨询工作的进展情况,并提出了规范化、合作化的发展方向.
The paper looks into virtual reference on the part of the country's college libraries, the scientific materials and information center and public library, from the method of virtual reference service, the substance design of FAQ and the organization and management of knowledge information base, and analyses the progress of virtual reverence work of the library in our country, and puts forward the development direction on standardization and advance.
