高校党组织发展青年学生入党,必须加强学生入党的“三期”(即培养期、考察期、预备起)思想政治教育,坚定他们的共产主义信仰,保持他们的先锋模范作用,确保学生党员发展的质量。

For the college students being trained to join in the communist party,we must strengthen them the party education in the three phases（fostering,observing and probationary）in order to correct their intentions,to firm their conviction to the communism,to keep their exemplary role so that we can guarantee the quality ofthe training project.
